TreeHouse Health is looking for licensed clinicians (LCSW, LCPC) who value clinical excellence, joyful connection, and creative approaches to healing.

For over 25 years, parents and professionals have trusted us for attachment-focused, trauma-informed psychotherapy for children, teens, and the adults who care for them. Many of our families are formed through adoption or are healing from early trauma and attachment disruption. It's meaningful work, and you won't do it alone.

We offer advanced, paid supervision and training in:

• Treating attachment and trauma in children and adults
• Brainspotting
• Parenting in SPACE™, our therapeutic parenting program

Our clinical leaders are trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (a model for developmental trauma) and Brainspotting (a neuroexperiential model for trauma). Our Clinical Director, Billy Kaplan, is a Certified Brainspotting Consultant and Practitioner, so your supervision comes from someone at the top of the field.

Focus on the therapy. We'll handle the rest.

We take care of the entire back office: administration, intake, marketing, insurance, and more. You bring your best clinical self to your clients.

What you'll get

What we're looking for

• In-person availability Mondays and Wednesdays, 2:30-7:30 pm (minimum)
• At least 40 client hours per month
• Availability for a virtual team meeting every other Tuesday, 10 am-12 pm
