Nicole Levand, LSW
Nicole is a licensed social worker who believes that therapy should be built upon empathy, support, and trust. Her goal is to help clients develop meaningful relationships and authentic connections with others, so they can heal from the past and grow in the future.
She works with children, adolescents, families, and adults who have faced various challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem struggles, and family conflict.
To meet her clients' unique needs and help them achieve their goals, Nicole uses an integrative approach that draws from several therapeutic modalities, including Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy.
Nicole holds a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Mental Health and Trauma from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Art degree with a concentration in Children's Learning and Development from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
